Cures wet, dry or underwater. Use as an adhesive with wood, metals, glass, brick, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, hard plastic, fiberglass or tile; sealant on oil, gas and water tanks, gas liners, pressure tanks, plumbing, swimming pools, cellars, drains, underwater lights and stock tanks; filler for holes, castings, patterns, molds, voids and welds. Normally no vice or clamp needed. 30-40 minute working time at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. 90 minutes tack free, overnight for service, 1-2 weeks for max cure time. Nonconductive, -20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range. Chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gas, fuel oil, salt and fresh water. 1,710 psi tensile shear strength. 72 hardness shore D after 1 week of curing.

Description
PC-11® is a Heavy Duty-White Epoxy Paste formulated by the manufacturer of PC-7®. After mixing, PC-11® can be applied to a dry, wet or underwater surface and will cure to an off white color. PC-11® formulation provides working time of over ½ hour, giving user ample time to complete larger jobs, reposition work or make changes. PC-11® demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil, salt and fresh water. PC-11® will not bond to TEFLON®, polyethylene, and some soft flexible plastics. Spot test if in doubt.
Mixing Tips
In cold or cool temperatures, place PC-11® containers near heat prior to using. Like peanut butter, PC-11® mixes and spreads easier at 80°F than at 40°F. Any smooth flat surface is excellent for mixing and working. A small putty knife or flexible artist’s spatula is an excellent tool for both mixing and applying PC-11®.
Directions
Using separate knives (remove amount needed from cans), mix equal parts of A (white) and B (lt. blue) on flat surface until uniform in color (off-white). Surfaces to be bonded must be free of dirt, oil, rust, etc. Rough up surfaces for best results. Normally, no vice or clamp needed. Prop or tape heavy objects to a wall or ceiling. At 70°F (21°C) PC-11® will remain workable for over ½ hour and cures for service overnight. Cure will be much faster at higher than at low.
Application
Apply PC-11® in any thickness to both sides of surface and bring together firmly. Be careful to insure that ample PC-11® remains between the contact surfaces. To bridge or reinforce larger holes, screen wire or glass cloth is excellent. To smooth out work, dip tool in lacquer thinner or denatured alcohol. After cure, paint, drill, machine, sand, file, or saw PC-11®. ADVISE-Do not subject to sustained heat in excess of 200°F (93°C). When applying to an underwater or wet surface, let mixed PC-11® stand for 15 minutes before applying. Gel coats may not be compatible with cured PC-11®. PC-11® has strength far exceeding most materials on which used.
Uses
AUTO-Seal: Gas tank, radiator and oil pan leaks. Patch: Mufflers and tail pipes, Fill: Holes, cracks and dents (metal or fiberglass).
BOATS-Patch holes, dings, and leaks to fiberglass. Metal, and wood. Seal port holes, bait boxes, water and gas tanks, bond loose fittings, rivets, hardware, trim, etc.
HOME AND RANCH-Seal: Plumbing, fuel tanks, drains, cellar cracks, etc. Repair: Equipment, furniture, sporting goods, stock tanks, toys, tools, ceramics, birdbaths, and statues. Bond: Tile, soap dishes, fixtures, and towel bars to walls.
SWIMMING POOLS AND SPAS-Seal: Cracks, drains, skimmers, and underwater lights. Apply: Tile and hardware. Repair: Cracked water pumps and filters.
SHELF LIFE-Well in excess of two years.

When it comes to glues the biggest problem I have with them is the waste due to the fact that what’s left in the bottle dries out and hardens, many times right after the first use. This
epoxy glue
comes in two separate
containers
and won’t harden until you mix the different parts together. It comes in metal cans and while seemingly expensive, it is well worth the extra cash because it will last forever and you will get to use every bit of it with no waste. The cans each hold a half lb. or about cup of material, so you will get a full cup’s worth of finished product. It is very strong and because it does not set up quickly, you have time to reposition the items you are gluing together for a perfect fit. This is not a liquid but a paste so it will not seep into cracks or run and drip. You simply mix equal amounts of both parts of the compound together, spread the mixture on the mated surfaces, align and press the parts together, then wait for it to dry. I have used it on
plastics, wood, and small metal parts and it has held up well. There are no fumes with this glue so you can work inside with it without worry. Once dry it can be sanded, drilled, and painted. It will work on wet surfaces hence the use of the word “Marine” in the name, and is great for use as a filler. I really like buying a product that works like it should and that I get my money’s worth out of.
